Broker
Clint has been living in and selling real estate in Cabo San Lucas since 1995. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Clint has an extensive background in construction and land development. Clint has been involved in numerous projects in both Vancouver and Los Cabos. As the Broker for Realty World, Clint is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company. Clint is also a Board Member of the MLS Executive Committee of Brokers.

Director
Leticia is from Sinaloa, Mexico and has lived in Cabo San Lucas since 1995. Leticia is bilingual and has been working in the real estate industry since 1999. Leticia is also the General Manager of Realty World Baja Vacations, which currently manages over 65 properties in Los Cabos.

Sales Manager
Shane is from Calgary, Canada and has been with Realty World Baja Realtors since the opening of our Cabo San Lucas office. Shane has a Commerce degree, a background in finance and extensive corporate sales and marketing experience.

Office Administrator
Maggie was raised in Los Mochis, Sinaloa and after spending time in Colorado returned to beautiful Cabo San Lucas. Maggie has a Communications Degree, is bilingual and handles the administration for Realty World Baja Realtors.
